Richland High School Parent-Teacher-Student Association is involved with the school in providing rewarding educational support to students and staff.  As a board we are excited about this school year as more educational opportunities are becoming available for students.  Our goal this year is to increase the number of scholarships available to our students and to help off set the cost of new college classes being made available within the high school.
